Bakersfield took care of Bethesda handedly, outscoring them by 70+ points on the day and outrebounding the Lion Angels 59-28. CSUB also improved upon their free throw percentage from Monday night in Berkeley; shooting 55.6% Monday and today 82.6%.
The `Runners finished today’s game with six double-digit scorers. Jemel Jones led the Roadrunners with 19 points with CJ Hardy right behind him with 15 points. Jones added two blocks, two assists, and four rebounds to his final stat line. Corey Stephenson just came up two rebounds shy from recording his first double-double of the year with eight rebounds and 14 points.
