Bakersfield, CA-  Bakersfield Spirit Programs has named their captains for the 2023-2024 season. Coach Lauren Shearon has named junior Haley York captain for the dance team.  Meanwhile, coach Arthur Smith has named a pair for four-year seniors to captain the cheerleading team in Natalie Moore and Katherine Barahona.

Haley York (Jr) - A Bakersfield native, Haley attended Liberty High school and graduated in 2021. Haley is second year member of the dance team, majoring in Kinesiology. 
Natalie Moore (Sr) - A Bakersfield native, Natalie attended Centennial High school and graduated in 2020. Natalie is a four year member of the cheerleading team, majoring in psychology
Katherine Barahona (Sr) - A Bakersfield native, Kat attended Frontier High school and graduated in 2020. Kat is a four year member of the cheerleading team, majoring in Forensic Psychology.
