Pair of `Runners Nab Preseason Conference Honors

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The Big West announced the results of the 2026 Preseason Coaches' Poll Tuesday morning as Cal State Bakersfield found a pair of Roadrunners named among the league's honorees.

Zenden Hart was one of two Big West goalkeepers to earn a nod as part of the 11-man Preseason All-Conference team. For the last two seasons, Hart has been Bakersfield's starting netminder, earning Big West Player of the Week honors a year ago during a week he recorded back-to-back shutouts.

Filip Arras returns for his fourth season in the Blue & Gold, taking home Big West All-Conference Honorable Mention a year ago. Over each of the last two seasons, Arras has led the `Runners in assists.
