BAKERSFIELD, Calif.— Join the CSUB Roadrunners as they host the annual Blue-Gold Game on Thursday, Oct. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Icardo Center presented by Bakersfield Hyundai, KGET and NV Catering.
The men's and women's basketball team scrimmages gives fans a first look at the action-packed seasons that lay ahead for both teams. The event is free to all attendees and gives one fan the chance to win a brand new car courtesy of Bakersfield Hyundai. This marks the second season that CSUB Athletics partnered with locally-owned and operated Bakersfield Hyundai to give one lucky 'Runner fan the opportunity to take home a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra.

One fan will be chosen in a drawing after the men's basketball scrimmage to shoot a half-court shot for the chance to win the new vehicle. Fans may register before the event at Bakersfield Hyundai, online at www.BakersfieldHyundai.com, or at the Icardo Center before the start of the Blue-Gold Game.
The Roadrunner women scrimmage will begin at 7:20 p.m. followed by the men's scrimmage at 8:05 p.m. The men's team will also partake in a dunk contest while the women's team will showcase their three-point-shooting skills in a separate contest. Both teams will also be signing autographs and memorabilia for fans at the end of evening.
