BAKERSFIELD, Calif.---CSU Bakersfield (27-14) hosts Fresno State (13-24) in the final home weekday game for the Roadrunners Tuesday night.

After Tuesday, the 'Runners play 11 of its final 14 games on the road and will not return to Hardt Field until May 10 for a three-game series against Seattle University.

Bakersfield took a 11-10 all-time series lead against Fresno State last Wednesday night when the Roadrunners defeated the Bulldogs 8-5 in Fresno. The teams will meet one more time, when CSUB travels to Fresno Apr. 30.

Fresno State pulled off a five-game sweep of Air Force last weekend at Bieden Field. The teams played five games due to weather that forced the postponement of two contests due to weather at Air Force earlier in the season. Preseason All-American Aaron Judge with .421 during the series with two home runs and nine RBI's. He leads Fresno State in hitting (.347), home runs (7), and RBI's (22).

CSUB received three votes in the USA Today Top 25 poll released Apr. 22. The Roadrunners hold a one-game lead in the Western Athletic Conference over UT Arlington at the beginning of the week.
