BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--The CSU Bakersfield team hosts Fresno State in the first of four games against the Bulldogs this season Tuesday night.

CSUB (4-3) has played no other team more than Fresno State in the 4+ year history of the Roadrunner program. The Bulldogs lead the all-time series 10-9.  The teams split four games last season. CSUB has won three in a row in Bakersfield.

Fresno State is 1-5 after being swept by No. 15 Stanford last weekend in a three-game series in Palo Alto. Preseason All-American Aaron Judge leads the Bulldogs in hitting (.423), home runs (2), and RBI's (6). Judge has posted a .692 slugging percentage and a .444 on-base percentage through the first six games this season.

When CSUB defeated Hofstra 7-3 in the first game of the Feb. 23 doubleheader, the Roadrunners picked up the 100th victory in the 4+ year history of the program. Roadrunner head coach Bill Kernen has been at the helm of every game in school history (101-122). CSU Bakersfield went 2-2 against the Pride this past weekend.
