SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.--No. 12 Central Michigan defeated CSU Bakersfield 26-12 in the regular season wrestling finale for the Roadrunners Sunday.
Bryce Hammond (R-Fr., Bakersfield, Calif., Bakersfield HS) won his team leading 30th match of the season, defeating Anthony Bill by a score of 8-3 at 174 pounds. Dalton Kelley (R-Jr., Alamosa, Colo., Alamosa HS) earned a 7-6 decision over Donnie Corby at 149. Frankie Hurtado (So., Bakersfield, Calif., Liberty HS) won by forfeit at 197 pounds for the Roadrunners.
CSUB wraps up the regular season with a 8-6 dual mark. Next up for the Roadrunners is the Mar. 2 Pac-12 Championships at Arizona State.
