BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--The CSU Bakersfield women's basketball team welcomes Fresno State to the Icardo Center Thursday before heading to Nevada on Saturday.
The Roadrunners are looking to defeat the Bulldogs for the first time in six all-time meetings Thursday night. Fresno State has lost three of their past four games, including a five-point defeat (58-53) at Santa Clara Dec. 29. The Bulldogs are 7-5. Ki-Ki Moore leads the team in scoring (15.8), rebounding (6.4), assists (46), and steals (38). Rosie Moult is averaging 11.8 points per game, the second most on the team.
The Wolfpack opened the all-time series by defeating the Roadrunners 85-76 last season in Bakersfield. Nevada has lost three in a row to fall to 5-7 on the year. Chanelle Brennan leads the team in scoring with a 13.8 ppg average. Danika Sharp is second on the squad in scoring (12.4).
