CSUB Hosts Future WAC Foe Sac State This Weekend

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--CSU Bakersfield baseball hosts Sacramento State this weekend for a three-game series. Friday and Saturday's games will begin at 6 p.m. with the series finale starting Sunday at 1 p.m.

This weekend's series between CSUB and Sacramento State is the first time that the two teams will be playing in baseball. This will also serve as a conference preview of 2013 when both teams will play in the WAC. The Hornets are 12-13 with Rhys Hoskins leading the team in hitting at a .427 clip.

CSUB swept a two-game series from Air Force Mar. 27-28. The Roadrunners limited to the Falcons to a .164 batting averaged during the set, outscoring Air Force 10-3.
