"San Diego shot the ball really well," said CSUB head coach
Greg McCall. "We were able to get to the basket, we were able to force
turnovers, but they shot over 50 percent from field and over 55 percent from
three-point range. In the end, what hurt us the most was our inability to
rebound. They had 21 offensive rebounds which led to 24 second chance points."
The Roadrunners conclude tournament play Thursday night
when CSUB faces No. 13/18 Texas Tech (10-0) at 7 p.m.
