LAST TIME OUT: CSUB saw its four–game winning streak come to an end on Jan. 22 as the Roadrunners dropped a game on the road to UC Riverside (82–71). UCR jumped out to an early lead and CSUB could never quite catch up, as UCR led by double–digits most of the way. Four 'Runners finished in double–digit scoring with senior guard Britney McGee (Bakersfield, Calif./Univ. of Albany) leading the way with 18–points, which all came in the second half. Sophomore Amber Williams (Fontana, Calif./Etiwanda HS) contributed 13 while senior forward Nikki Leon (Canyon Country, Calif./Canyon HS) pulled down a game–high 13 rebounds.

200 FOR LA KOSE: Thanks to the Roadrunners' win over Weber State Jan. 3, head coach Tim La Kose earned his 200th victory at the helm of the CSUB women's basketball program. La Kose is just the second head coach in the program's 10–year history and he became the sixth coach in CSUB history to earn 200 wins in his respective sport.

ALL–TOURNAMENT 'RUNNERS: Sophomore Amber Williams and junior Kristine Herman (San Ramon, Calif./Florida Gulf Coast) were named to the Rainbow Wahine All–Tournament Team for their performances over the three day tournamet, Dec. 28–30. Williams and Herman join senior Britney McGee with All–Tournament accolades as McGee was named to the University of Oregon Invitational All–Tournament Team over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

OVERTIME HEARTBREAK: The overtime loss to UC Santa Barbara on Dec. 14 was CSUB's first overtime game of the season and it marked the second–overtime loss in a row, as the 'Runners dropped their final game of last season, 89–97, versus Texas A & M Corpus Christi in the WBI Tournament.

FIRST NATIONAL RANKING: The Roadrunners tied for 25th in the collegeinsider.com's Mid–Major Top 25 Poll Nov. 30. It was the first national ranking for CSUB at the Division I level. Though the Roadrunners have fallen out of the Top 25, they received votes for three consecutive weeks.

HERMAN PERFECT FROM THE LINE: Junior guard Kristine Herman went 14–14 from the line in CSUB's loss at Miami (Ohio), making her just the second 'Runner in program history to go perfect from the free throw line while attempting more than 11 free throws. The only other Roadrunner to complete the feat was Audrie Magdaleno in 2001 as she sunk 14 of 14 against Cal State Stanislaus. The 14–attempted free throws ties for 13th as the most attempted in one game in CSUB history. Three CSUB alumnus hold the record with 18 attempted.

30 AND COUNTING: Junior guard Kristine Herman put her name on another single–game record list as her career–high 32–points at Miami (Ohio) ties her for 20th for the most points scored by a Roadrunner in a game. Heather Garay holds the all–time record with 44 points against Cal State Stanislaus in the 2002–03 season.

least one rebound this season. The Roadrunner bench alone has combined to contribute 684 of the
Roadrunners' 1733 points while pulling down a combined 410 of the Roadrunners' 9204 rebounds.

DOUBLE–DOUBLES: Seniors, forward Nikki Leon, center Tamiko Davis (Sacramento, Calif./San Jose State) and guard Britney McGee, and freshman guard Cebrina Johnson (Corona, Calif./Santiago HS) have each recorded a double-double this season. NEWCOMERS MAKING A DIFFERENCE: The CSUB newcomers have made a splash early on this season, as they have combined to score over 61% (1061 of 1733) of the 'Runners' points. Britney McGee, Kristine Herman and Cebrina Johnson have seen the most time on the court out of the newcomers, averaging 28.6, 25.0 and 20.3 minutes per game, respectively.

HIGH SCORING 'RUNNERS: The Roadrunners' 97–44 win over Dominican University to open up the season Nov. 12, ranked as the fifth–largest win at home. The 53–point victory registered as the first time CSUB has won by more than 50 points since the 06–07 season.

TOURNAMENT ELIGIBLE: The 2010–2011 season marks the first season the 'Runners are NCAA Tournament Eligible at the Division I level. CSUB is no stranger to NCAA post seasons as it remains the only school in NCAA history to make the NCAA tournament every year it was eligible.
