Season Ticket Renewals

This webpage is for current full season ticket holders considering renewing for the upcoming season. Anyone wishing to become a new season ticket holder may contact the ticket office directly, or secure your seats online here.

Renewals for the 2024 baseball season are now live!

This page serves as the main information hub for CSUB Baseball renewals. Please find below all the details and instructions you'll need. We hope you'll consider remaining a member of the 'Runner family for the upcoming season. The full home/away game schedule may be viewed here.

Account holders who had a Half Season Plan or Flex Plan last season may coordinate with the ticket office to upgrade or inquire about seating availability for those options. These plans do not offer priority on the same seating location as last season, as full season ticket holders will always get priority first.

The Basics

Season Ticket Renewal Period
... runs December 13th through February 9th (Extended to Feb 23). During this period, you have priority to renew your seats and make adjustments (upgrades, add seats, drop seats, etc.). Any seats not renewed by the end of this period are subject to release, but there is flexibility. Keep us posted on your plans!

Per Seat Fee Eliminated
In previous seasons, each season ticket was subject to a $3 surcharge. We've done away with that to simplify things.

No Price Increases
Despite a global environment with prices on most things going up, we've chosen to give our most loyal fans a break! Pricing on baseball season tickets options will remain the same as it was in 2023. We appreciate your continued support!

Considering a new seat location or changing number of seats?
If you're thinking about changing seat locations, adding seats, or subtracting seats... whether it’s moving down a few rows, a bit more center, into another section, or into another seating category altogether... make sure to notify us as soon as possible. As the seating environment shifts throughout the summer we will be on the lookout for the best spot for you!

UPDATE: VIP Parking (Lot Next to Hardt Field)
We’ve updated our plans! Starting with the 2024 season, seasonal parking passes to this lot will now be included as a default benefit for full season ticket holders and half season plan customers. The lot was previously a benefit reserved for Roadrunner Club donors at a certain level and participants of other fundraising programs. Watch out though...it's in foul ball territory! Alternatively, you may continue to park in Lot E, just north of Hardt Field, also free of charge.

UPDATE: Donor Hospitality
As of the 2024 season, the donor hospitality area previously offered at Saturday Big West contests is being discontinued. For questions or feedback, contact Sarah Tuohy at 661.654.3209 or stuohy@csub.edu. In general, this offering has been discontinued due to lack of use, attendance, and interest affiliated with this benefit.

How to Renew Your Season Tickets

   Option 1
Online (Card Only; Full Payment)

1. Access gorunners.com/tickets (HERE). Click Log In / Register at the top. Select the appropriate option between 'General Public' and 'CSUB Employees & Students.'
2. Log into your account. If you've never logged in before or forgot your password, reset it by clicking on Forgot Password? Note: You already have an account registered in our system. Do not register a new account. If you are unsure of which email we have on file tied into your season ticket account, please contact us.
> If Resetting Password: Once you click on Forgot Password?, enter your email address and click Send Password Reset Email. You'll receive an email from no-reply@audienceview.com that will help you reset your password. If you don't see it come through within 1-2 minutes, make sure to check your Junk/Spam folder.
3. Once logged in, click the Renew Now button in the Renewals section. Your renewal will default to the same number of seats and seating location you had last season. If you are planning on making adjustments to the number of seats you have or your seating area, please stop the process and contact us directly.
4. Click on the Renew. This will take you to the CHECKOUT page.
5. The CHECKOUT page will display your exact seating location and list all games, as well as your total outstanding balance. Make sure to select your desired "delivery method," which will indicate to us how you'd like to manage your tickets. The final balance will include any delivery method costs.
6. Fill out your card information in the Secure Checkout box to the right^. Click the Pay button to process the charge and complete your renewal.
7. Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email and be redirected to the Order Complete page, which will display your record locator (order #) and summary. We will follow-up with you directly if necessary. Also, make sure all of your address and contact information is up to date on your profile.
^ If you have an account credit on file, the CHECKOUT page is where you should see those funds automatically applied. See the FAQ below for more info.

Frequently Asked Questions & Reminders

I need a formal invoice in order to submit my renewal, how do I get one?
Let us know what paperwork you need and we'll be able to send you a PDF invoice via email.

What if I don't want to deal with digital tickets (e-tickets)?
While we highly encourage managing your tickets online, we understand some people would prefer not to deal with it, don't own a smartphone, or don't have computer/printer access. If you fall into any of these categories, we can print out your season tickets on regular box office ticket stock. There are additional fees for this.

What if I need a payment plan?
If you need to split up payments, we may be able to work with you on a payment plan. Contact us directly and we'll discuss the options with you. In general, payment plans have specific dates and amounts scheduled in advance and the full balance should be received by at least the end of March.

I have an account credit on file, how do I access it?
If you have an account credit on file from event cancelations, we've added those funds to your account as a gift certificate (example: prior overpayment, weather or pandemic-related cancelations, etc.). While gift certificates should automatically apply at checkout, you can also access your gift certificate code in two ways - 1) By logging into your account on gorunners.com/tickets, accessing "Your Orders," and clicking under the gift certificates tab, -OR- 2) By contacting the ticket office directly in order to have a representative give you your code. The code is used at the bottom of the CHECKOUT page (your cart).

What if I know I can't attend all the games....won't it be a waste?
Only if you don't use your benefits. Ticket Flex allows full season ticket and half season plan holders to turn in previously unused tickets (or tickets for future games) to acquire extra tickets to the games they CAN attend! Bring out additional family and friends! Keep in mind any ticket flex tickets will be subject to availability.
