Ticket Flex
Planning on missing an event, or already have? Don't worry. Coordinate with the ticket office to turn in any previously unused tickets, or tickets to future events you're unable to attend, "flexing" them over for additional tickets to other regular season events. Unused tickets must display as unscanned in the ticket system. Unused tickets may not be transferred/flexed from one season to the next. Ticket Flex tickets may not be rolled over a second time if unused. For reserved seating, Ticket Flex locations are subject to availability or may be unavailable. Benefit applies to full season tickets only for all sports, plus half season plans for baseball. Tickets may also be flexed cross-sport, although not always on a 1-to-1 basis.

Maximum Savings
Receive the largest individual adult discount possible.

Postseason Priority
Arrange tickets to postseason events prior to the general public. Examples include home postseason events, conference tournaments, NCAA regionals, and more. Members will be contacted and tickets secured in order of donor/tenure levels.

Add-On Ticket Discount
Qualify for a special season ticket holder add-on rate for any additional tickets needed during the course of the regular season. The discounted rate will always match or beat the gate price. Amount of discount may vary depending on customer's ticket package.

Priority Seating
First come, first served! Receive the first opportunity to line up the best possible locations for all sports with reserved seating options. This includes Men's Basketball, Baseball, and more!

Upgrade Priority
Renewing season ticket holders receive first opportunity to upgrade their seating location each year after our official renewal period has ended and before tickets go on sale to the general public. Applies to all sports with reserved seating options.

Personal Service Rep
Questions? Comments? Feedback? We want to hear it. Season ticket holders receive access to a personal service representative to help address any ticketing issues that may arise.
