SAN DIEGO – The Cal State Bakersfield women's soccer team fell 1-0 to San Diego on Sunday at Torero Stadium. A late first-half goal proved to be the difference as the Roadrunners were unable to find an equalizer.

CSUB tightened defensively after halftime and held San Diego scoreless, despite an 18-7 final shot advantage for the Toreros. Walls made her only save on Evens' desperation shot with two seconds remaining.
