- CSUB opened up the weekend in San Jose at the Silicon Valley Classic II versus reigning NISC Champion Iowa
- In the first three innings, the Hawkeyes jumped out to an early 10-0 lead
- In the fourth inning, Bakersfield scored their first and only run thanks to a triple by Kaia Johnson followed by a Karissa Munsey RBI single
- Errors hurt the `Runners, as they committed four, leading to four unearned runs for the Hawkeyes
CSUB 2, San Jose State 3 – Friday, March 8
- In Game 2, CSUB played Head Coach Letty Olivarez’s previous team in San Jose State
- Anisa Reynolds pitched well for CSUB, going 6.1 innings, allowing zero earned runs
- All three runs allowed came off errors
- Bakersfield took the lead 2-1 in the sixth inning off a Violet Salazar single to right field scoring Logan-Ray Gaspar and Yisela Reynoso
- In the seventh inning, an error by CSUB led to two runs and a walk-off win for the Spartans
CSUB 1, Pacific 2 – Saturday, March 9
- Freshman Dani Hunter got the start in the circle for the `Runners, going 6.1 innings while giving up just three hits and allowing only one run
- Bakersfield tallied six hits in the game and got on the board first in the fourth inning
- Hunter helped her own cause with a double to right center scoring Johnson
- Pacific answered right back with a solo home run in the bottom half of the fourth
- In the seventh inning, an error by the `Runners led to a walk-off for the Tigers
CSUB 0, Pacific 4 – Saturday, March 9
- CSUB had eight runners reach base, but were unable to get any to cross
- Three `Runners reached base two times in Game 2 of the doubleheader
- Maya Molina-Villarreal went 2-for-3
- Johnson reached on two walks
- Gaspar reached on a walk and a hit
- Pacific scored twice in the third off singles
- The Tigers tacked on two insurance runs in the fifth with a double to left field and a single through the right side
CSUB 3, Pacific 4 (8 inn.) – Sunday, March 10
- In the series finale versus Pacific, the Tigers struck for two runs in the first inning, scoring on an error and then a triple
- Hunter hit a double to center field that scored Johnson in the top of the second inning
- Pacific extended their lead in the bottom of the second on an infield single
- Gaspar reached on a fielder’s choice scoring Shaylene Fuimaono in the top frame of the third
- The `Runners tied the game at 3-3 in the fourth inning when Karissa Munsey sent a home run to left center
- In the eighth inning, Pacific walked off again on another error by the `Runners
