With a mission of spreading joy and being in the giving spirit this Holiday season, CSUB Athletics is excited to have multiple holiday themed promotions throughout the month.
Holiday Hoops: 2 Games, $10
CSUB Athletics is bringing extra holiday cheer to town with the Holiday Hoops ticket deals this season! For two Basketball games between both the men and women, anyone can get into the Icardo Center for just $10 at select games. All tickets purchased will be general admission.

Men's Basketball: Tuesday, Dec. 19 vs. South Dakota at 7:00 p.m.

Women's Basketball: Thursday, Dec. 21 vs. Whittier College at 1:00 p.m.
Hosted Our First Annual Teddy Bear Toss
At the Cal State Men's Basketball game on Dec. 5th, CSUB Athletics hosted its first Teddy Bear Toss game presented by Eagle Mountain Casino. The Valley Strong Credit Union Court was filled with teddy bears and other stuffed animals in all shapes and sizes during half-time of the game.
Fans were encouraged to bring items and throw them onto the court of the Icardo Center as a way to have fun while also giving back to a good cause. All items were collected and through the Toys for Tots partnership distributed to two local charities in Bakersfield - the Ronald McDonald House and the Lauren Small Children's Center at Dignity Health Memorial Hospital.
Teddy bears were sold to fans during the game for $2. All proceeds went to the CSUB Basic Needs Program, a support service available for all CSUB students who may need assistance.
The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) attended the game to collect toys that will be donated to local Toys for Tots this holiday season. The last day to donate items on campus will be Dec. 17th.

'Tis the season to be Rowdy! CSUB Athletics is offering a 5-game Holiday Pack this year for our Basketball games for Big West competition. Prices for men's packs start at $50 per seat.
