BAKERSFIELD, Calif.--CSU Bakersfield hosts future WAC opponent UT-Pan American in women's basketball action Tuesday night. Tip is set for 7 p.m.

Tuesday's game starts the third home-and-home series between CSUB and UT Pan American since 2008. The Roadrunners are 4-0 against the Broncs. CSUB heads to Edinburg Feb. 6.

Freshman forward Batabe Zempare (Accra, Ghana, Scottsdale Chapparal HS) was named CollegeSportsMadness Independent Player of the Week Jan. 7. Zempare averaged 8.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game during the week.
