Britain Longmire defeated Miguel Comparan (R-So., Buena Park, Calif., Buena Park HS) 5-2 to open the dual at 125 pounds. It was Comparan's first appearance for the Roadrunners in a dual this season.

Frank Lomas (R-Jr., Bakersfield, Calif., Bakersfield HS) tied the team score 3-3 when he defeated Brandan Rocha 5-2 in their 133-pound bout.

The Mustangs won the next four in row beginning with a Boris Novachkov technical fall victory over  

Jose Mendoza (R-Fr., Selma, Calif., Selma HS) at  141. Mendoza moved up to 141 for the first time this season.

Filip Novachkov edged out John Cardenas (R-Jr., Brawley, Calif., Brawley Union HS) 12-10 at 149 before

Barrett Abel pinned Anthony Box (R-Jr. Bakersfield, Calif., Bakersfield HS) 51 seconds into their 157-pound match

Ryan DesRoches defeated Trevor Hall (Sr., Battle Ground, Wash., Battle Ground HS) by a score of 5-2 at 165 pounds.

Joey Granata (R-Sr., Oceanside, Calif., Fallbrook HS) got the Roadrunners back on the scoreboard with a 4-2 decision over Steven Vasquez at 174.

Troy Goodban (R-Sr., Bellflower, Calif., Bellflower HS) made it two in a row for CSUB when he earned a 8-3 victory over Kelan Bragg.

Ryan Smith clinched the dual victory for the Mustangs when he upset No. 15 Riley Orozco (R-Sr., Fallon, Nev., Churchill County HS) 9-7 at 197 pounds.

David Morgan (R-Sr., Bakersfield, Calif., Centennial HS) ended the dual on a high note for the Roadrunners as he defeated Atticus Disney 4-1.

CSUB returns to the mats for its final Pac-10 dual of the year Feb. 2 at Boise State. The dual gets underway at 7 p.m. (MST).
