SEATTLE - The CSUB volleyball season came to an end Saturday with a 25-17, 25-12, 25-16 loss at Seattle University.

Junior middle blocker Alysia Baker (Vista/Tri-City Christian HS) and sophomore outside hitter Tika Smith (Sweetwater [TX] HS) finished with strong attacking efforts. Smith led CSUB with eight kills against just one error while Baker needed just 14 swings to collect her seven.

CSUB led early in the third set, but that was it as Seattle never let the Roadrunners establish a foothold in the match.
