2011 (FRESHMAN): Saw very limited action before an ankle injury sidelined her for almost all of the season and Bonertz will take a medical redshirt for the 2011 season…recorded one kill and one dig in little playing time in seven sets before suffering the injury.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of University High School...coach was Mark Weis...named second team All-Greater Spokane League...led team in kills as a senior...team earned a second place showing at the regional tournament...played for the EV Magic Club team from 2001-05 and the Splash Club team from 2005-11...a member of the school Honors Society...a member of the University 4x400m relay team that earned a regional title...finished in the top three in the high jump in the district and regional meets.

PERSONAL:  Born Nov. 28, 1992...daughter of Keith Bonertz and Kathleen Cohen...anticipated major is kinesiology.
