Raunak Doshi is a native of Reading, Pennsylvania, and a 2015 graduate of Governor Mifflin School District. He played club volleyball for Shillington Volleyball Club, Washington & Jefferson College, and Millersville University. He consistently competed at the Open/AA level in grass volleyball (Pottstown Rumble, Susquehanna Smash, Pre-Rumble, Players Open) and in beach tournaments with GAV.

Most recently, Doshi served as Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at Saint Francis University (2024–26), helping lead the program to a 2nd place finish at the 2025 NEC Championships, its highest finish since 2008. The team set program records in 2025 with 20 overall wins, 14 NEC wins, and a .689 winning percentage, while coaching multiple NEC, ECAC, CSC Academic All-American, and All-American honorees, along with several program record performances. Saint Francis ranked 1st in Division I in Aces Per Set in 2024 and 3rd in 2025.

He also served with Saint Francis University Men’s Volleyball (2024–25) as Accountable Coach/Assistant Coach, coaching the 2025 NEC Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and multiple First Team All-Conference selections, while earning wins over George Mason and Charleston (W.V.).

Previously, Doshi was Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach at Arcadia University (2022–24), leading three consecutive conference tournament appearances and defeating nationally ranked opponents (#15 Marymount, #8 New Paltz, #4 California Lutheran). He began at Moravian University (2021–24) as Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach, contributing to multiple individual program record performances.

Doshi was a 2024 Match Point Mentoring Program Mentee, recipient of the 2023 AVCA Diversity Award, and serves on the Division I Assistant Coaches Committee.
