Biography
2005: Jessica Cedillos continued to be a fixture on the pitch for the Roadrunners…played in 16 of CSUB’s 20 matches with one start…playing time was down from her previous two seasons but still played an integral part of the squad…recorded three shots as a junior.
2004: Cedillos was one of just two players to start all 20 matches…recorded 1,680 minutes played, the third highest total on the squad.
2003: Cedillos earned CSUB’s Freshman of the Year award for her quality play in her first season with the Roadrunners...was a fixture in the midfield for the entire season, playing in all 19 matches while starting 18...was second on the team in minutes played with 1,406...came off the bench in the 2003 season opener against Notre Dame de Namur, but started the rest of the year...scored her first career goal against Western Washington (9/07/03)...only assist of the year was Christie Hemm’s game-winning goal against Cal State L.A. (10/25/03).
GRANADA HILLS HS: Cedillos was named to the All-West Valley League first team in 2001...scored five goals with three assists while leading the Highlanders to a 20-6-1 record as a senior.
PERSONAL: Major is physical education and kinesiology at CSUB...parents are Xavier and Dianne Cedillos.
