Redwood HS: Hannah Farazmand was a two time Marin County Athletic League (MCAL) all–league selection...led her team to the 2010 CIF North Coast Section Championship where she was named MVP of the title game...served as team captain...played for Head Coach Jason Werner...also ran cross country where she was an all–league and an all NCS performer three times...qualified for state three times and served as team captain twice...played for the Cal North ODP State team.

Personal: Farazmand will major in either psychology or English at CSUB...parents are Fiona and Farhad Farazmand...father, Farhad, played for the youth Iranian National Team...born May 15, 1992, in Greenbrae, Calif....outside hobbies include playing the piano and the beach.
