2018 (SENIOR): Started every contest this season...recorded the most minutes played on the CSU Bakersfield roster...helped tie the single-season Division I shutout record with five on the year...was an All-Conference Academic recipient.

2017 (JUNIOR): Appeared on the pitch 11 times, starting twice...totaled a season-high 81 minutes against Utah Valley Oct. 22...was an All-Conference Academic recipient.

2016 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in seven matches for CSU Bakersfield...tallied 120 minutes...played 54 minutes in shutout at Chicago State Oct. 14.

2015 (FRESHMAN): Started in 5 of 20 matches played for the `Runners...made collegiate debut Aug. 21 in season opener against Humboldt State...earned first start Sept. 20 at Air Force...recorded first collegiate assist Oct. 4 at UT Rio Grande Valley...played all 90 minutes against Utah Valley Oct. 18...took two shots on the season and had one assist...earned Academic All-WAC honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Canyon High School...coach was Christy Medlin...was named Rookie of the Year and MVP of the frosh/soph team...helped lead the Comanches to be ranked sixth in the county...ran track for CHS...was named MVP of frosh/soph sprints...earned Top of the Tribe honors (4.0 GPA or above)...was a member of National Society of High School Scholars...played for premier level OC Premier and was captain of the team for three years...helped lead the team to be a finalist at the Davis Legacy Showcase, WCDA Girls College Showcase and South County Showcase...won the So Cal Summer Showcase championship. PERSONAL: Born Jan. 11, 1997...parents are Jim and Heather Lake...major is Kinesiology major...plans to go into physical therapy...father, Jim, played football at College of the Siskiyous...has been an assistant coach for boys U5-7 soccer team.
