HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Tesoro High School...coach was Nick Schofield... served as team captain during senior season...selected Tesoro’s varsity Rookie of the Year during sophomore season...on the club circuit, Carter played on the ECNL Travel Team and for the West Coast F.C.

PERSONAL: Born Oct. 15, 1993...daughter of  Edward and Angela Carter...a communications major.
