Ethan Keogh

Ethan Keogh enters his second year at Cal State Bakersfield in Fall of 2025, serving the men’s soccer team as an assistant coach.

In his first year with the Roadrunners, Keogh helped guide CSUB to play for a regular season title heading into the final match of the season. Seven `Runners earned All-Conference nods, including three First Team honorees. Academically, five `Runners were recognized with College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors while 11 men took home Academic All-Conference nods from The Big West.

Keogh came to Bakersfield after two seasons at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tenn. In his first year with the Trojans, Keogh helped TNU to a 7-9-1 record, the program’s highest win total since 2018.

While coaching at his alma mater, Keogh also split his time to coach multiple boys and girls teams with the Nashville United Soccer Academy. He also served as the U11/12 Girls Academy Directory.

A native of Athlone, Ireland, Keogh began his coaching experience as an assistant coach for the Athlone Town AFC U17 men’s and women’s squads.

Keogh has earned a USSF C License and he has a master’s degree from TNU as well as a bachelor’s degree from University College in Dublin in Ireland. His wife, Cassandra, is an academic advisor with CSUB's Kegley Center staff.
