"He has several NCAA Tournament appearances and I am very pleased to have him come to CSUB having previously helped with the rebuilding of the Bucknell and OU programs."

The Chocktaw, Okla. native began his coaching career in the 1996-97 season at Barat College, his alma mater, in Lake Forest, Ill.  After two seasons, he went to Susquehanna (Pa.) University where he logged two more years as an assistant coach (1998-99 and 1999-00).
