Biography

2021: Made 10 starts, all on Sunday, and led the `Runners with 51.2 innings pitched as CSUB won seven of his 10 outings...Posted a 4.01 ERA, a .249 opponents batting average and 38 strikeouts en route to a 2-2 record...Tossed 5.0 IP and struck out a season-high six to earn the win at Fresno State...Lasted seven strong to defeat Pacific, allowing just one earned run...Fanned five in 6.0 innings against UC Davis...Allowed just three hits and an earned run as CSUB won series finale at UC San Diego, collecting second win of the year...Took the loss despite 7.0 IP and just three hits allowed versus CSUN...Threw 6.2 innings of four-hit ball, with four strikeouts, at Long Beach State.

2020: Made three appearances and one start, pitching to a 5.41 ERA and a .238 opponents batting average over 10.2 innings pitched...Threw 4.0 innings of one-hit, one-run ball in a season opening start against Washington State...Tossed 4.1 innings of relief against San Francisco, allowing 2 earned runs...Struck out nine. 

2019: Finished the season with the second-lowest batting average against in school history (.220)...made four starts and had 16 appearances out of the bullpen...3-1 on the season with a 3.66 ERA...threw 64.0 innings...led the team in ERA (3.66), finished third on the team in innings pitched (64.0) and was fourth in strikeouts (51)...made career debut in season-opener against Pepperdine on February 15...earned first victories in back-to-back relief appearances against Santa Clara (3/2) and Fairleigh Dickinson (3/9)...threw seven innings in first career start against Hawaii on March 14...struck out a career-high eight batters in career-long outing against UTRGV on May 12.
