2016 (SOPHOMORE): Pitched 17 times, posting a 1.53 ERA in 17.2 innings...was 0-0 on the year...struck out 15 while only giving up four earned runs...opponents batted .182 against him...recorded one hit in three at-bats with one RBI...SUMMER LEAGUE: Went 2-1 with a 3.52 ERA for the Jamestown Jammers of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League...struck out 14 in 30.2 innings.

2015 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in two games...did not record a hit in one at-bat...pitched in one game (one inning)...allowed two hits and no runs.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Desert Christian High School...coach was Dennis Shryock...chosen first team All-League and first team All-CIF as a senior after hitting .481 with three home runs and 45 RBI’s as a senior...also posted a 1.62 ERA during senior campaign...the team MVP in both baseball and basketball during senior season...team won league titles in both baseball and basketball in 2013 and 2014.

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 9, 1996...son of John and Julie Franco...a criminal justice major.
