HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Tahquitz High School...coach was Ron Savage...a three-time All-League selection...hit .463 with two home runs (one from each side of the plate), and 30 RBI’s as a senior...chosen All-CIF in 2013 and 2014...the 2014 Hemet Unified, 2014 Citrus Belt, 2014 Valley Chronicle, 2014 Bill Gray and 2014 Tahquitz Athlete of the Year...team won three league titles...graduated with honors...played with the Valley Baseball Academy for six seasons, earning 2013 Perfect Game All-Tournament team honors.

PERSONAL: Born June 13, 1995...son of Mark and Christine Veiga...a liberal studies major...father played baseball for Sacramento State from 1984-85...brothers Bryant and Garrett played collegiate baseball while sister Karissa was a member of the softball team at CSU Bakersfield from 2011-14.
