2015 (SENIOR): Selected Western Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year May 19... went 5-1 in nine conference appearances for the Roadrunners, posting a 1.83 ERA..threw a league-high 69 innings, averaging seven and two-third innings per game...among the most effective pitchers in the league, allowing just 1.30 walks per game and a league-low 1.96 runs per game...also named first team All-Conference and College Sports Madness WAC Pitcher of the Year...was 1-of-2 pitchers selected to the All-NCAA Regional tournament team..led the Roadrunners to a 2-1 victory over Ole Miss May 30...posted his school record eighth complete game against the Rebels. Carter limited the Rebels to seven hits.

2014 (JUNIOR): Named Academic All-Conference...was 2-3 with a 5.17 ERA...struck out 23 in 47 innings.

2013 (SOPHOMORE): Chosen Academic All-Conference...Pitched in 22 games, starting one...was 2-3 with a 5.36 ERA...recorded one save...struckout 24 in 43.2 innings...SUMMER LEAGUE: Went 1-3 with a save and a 4.13 ERA for Dodge City A’s of the Jayhawk League...struck out 14 in 28.1 innings.

2012 (FRESHMAN): Tied for team lead in saves (2) with Spenser Messmore...also tied for second on the squad in appearances with James Barragan (18)...was 1-3 with a 4.81 ERA...sturck out 22 in 43 innings...SUMMER LEAGUE: Played for the Omaha Diamond Spirit of the MINK Summer Collegiate Baseball League...was 1-2 with 12 strikeouts in 13.2 innings for the Diamond Spirit.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Vista High School...coach was Rick Lepire...selected first team All-Avocado East League, second team All-conference, second team San Diego Union Tribune All-County Section, and All-Academic (3.94 GPA) as a senior...hit .387 with one home run and 16 RBI’s at the plate and was 8-1 with a 0.93 ERA in 2011...was 5-1 on the hill as a junior.
