2018 (SOPHOMORE): Started a career-high 18 games and appeared in 19...hit .258 for the season and walked 12 times...produced a career-high 17 hits...after missing early part of the season due to injury, had two hits, first career double and career-high three RBI in season-debut to lead CSUB to upset of No. 23 UNLV...had three stolen bases against Dartmouth on March 18...had career-high three hits on April 7 versus NM State.

2017 (FRESHMAN): Started 13 of 24 games played...charted six hits in 39 at-bats...scored seven runs and posted five RBI...walked 12 times on the way to a .365 on-base percentage.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Tustin High School...coach was Charles Chatman...hit .330 as a senior...a member of the school’s honor roll...played for the So Cal Birds club program.

PERSONAL: Born Aug. 31, 1998...son of Myles and Joann Tengan...a kinesiology major.
