2012-13 (FRESHMAN): Played in 32 games, while averaging 5.3 points and 2.3 rebounds per game for Long Beach State...scored in double figures in 11 times...notched a team and personal season-high 18 points in a 78-69 win over Cal State Northridge

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Cottonwood High School after earning three letters at Granger High School...named second-team Salt Lake City Tribune All-State and second-team all-region as a junior after averaging 17 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game...chosen first-team All-Region as a sophomore after averaging 15.7 points and 6.0 rebounds per game...named Top 60 at the Pangos All-West Camp.

PERSONAL: Born July 7, 1993...A Psychology and Criminal Justice major...son of Nyibal and Ajul Deng. Played AAU basketball with the Compton Magic and A Train Magic.
