The Basics / Updates
Season Ticket Renewal Period
...runs July 1 to September 30. During this period, you have priority to renew your seats and make adjustments. Any seats not renewed by the end of this period are subject to release, but there is flexibility. Note: During the online renewal process, your specific seat location will not be listed anywhere (it will show as General Admission). You definitely have rights on your prior/current location, but if you can't remember what it was or need any info, contact us directly.
No Price Increases
We've made it a point to not raise prices. In the current economic landscape rife with inflation, price gouging, and greed, we've decided to give you a break! Season tickets remain the same price they were in 2023-24.
MBB Bleacher General Admission
As a reminder, all Bleacher General Admission customers will be directed to the north side of the venue (sections 7-11) for crowds of 2,200 or less, which is most games. Tickets will continue to be checked by ushers at the inner doorway on the south side, entry to the main chairback and floor seating side. This is in an effort to increase the integrity of our reserved seating sections, as well as improve the broadcast aesthetic. Both sides will be opened up to general admission customers for crowds of 2,200+.
Considering a new seat location or changing number of seats?
If you're thinking about changing seat locations, adding seats, or subtracting seats... whether it’s moving down a few rows, a bit more center, into another section, or into another seating category altogether... make sure to notify us as soon as possible. As the seating environment shifts throughout the summer we will be on the lookout for the best spot for you!
Add WBB for a double discount!
For not all too much extra, consider upgrading to "combo" season tickets. When paired together, we reduce the price of both the men's & women's portion. It's a more robust package overall and includes all home basketball games. Plus, several WBB floor seats are available and you're able to Ticket Flex to other sports if you don't use some!

Frequently Asked Questions & Reminders
Do I have to pay fees on anything related to season tickets?
The only fees levied are related to the issuance and/or distribution of tickets. If an account holder wishes to receive traditional hard print tickets on box office stock, rather than managing tickets digitally (print-at-home or smartphone), we charge one $5 fee per order. We also charge a $12 fee for mailing season tickets via USPS to cover both the printing fee and postage.
I need a formal invoice in order to submit my renewal, how do I get one?
Let us know what paperwork you need and we'll be able to send you a PDF invoice via email.
What if I need a payment plan?
If you need to split up payments over the course of several months, we may be able to work with you on a payment plan. Contact us directly and we'll discuss the options with you. In general, payment plans have specific dates and amounts scheduled in advance and we keep your card information on file until the scheduled payments are complete.
I have an account credit on file, how do I access it?
If you have an account credit on file from event cancelations or any other reason, we've added those funds to your account as a gift certificate. While the account credit / gift certificate should apply automatically, if need be you can access your gift certificate code in two ways - 1) By logging into your account on gorunners.com/tickets, accessing "Your Orders," and clicking under the gift certificates tab, -OR- 2) By contacting the ticket office directly in order to have a representative give you the code. The code is used at the bottom of the CHECKOUT page (your cart).
What if I know I can't attend all the games....won't it be a waste?
Only if you don't use your benefits. Ticket Flex allows season ticket holders to turn in previously unused tickets (or tickets for future games) to acquire extra tickets to the games they CAN attend! Bring out additional family and friends! Keep in mind any ticket flex tickets are subject to availability and may not always match the type of seat your original tickets were.
Education Day Opt-In
The annual “Education Day” game is excluded from the season ticket due to its unique nature. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to opt in for tickets at a later date. Education Day is usually hosted in November or December and features over 3,000 elementary and middle school children packing the stands.
