IRVINE VALLEY COLLEGE
Matt Reyes pitched for two seasons at Irvine Valley College...named his team’s Pitcher of the Year in 2009...collected a 5-5 record and 3.45 ERA in 2009...pitched 88.2 innings and tossed three complete games.

FOOTHILL HIGH SCHOOL
Reyes was a standout pitcher for Foothill High School in Tustin, Calif....was named to the All-Sea View League, the all-county and the All-CIF Southern Section teams as a senior in 2007...also named team MVP and Tustin Player of the Year in 2007...led the Knights to league, section and state titles in 2006.

PERSONAL
Reyes is majoring in child, adolescent and family studies at CSUB...parents are John and JoAnn Reyes...born August 15, 1989, in Fountain Valley, Calif.
