CHEYENNE HS: Frank Barnes was a standout four-year varsity letterwinner at Cheyenne High School in North Las Vegas...led the Desert Shields with 26 goals and nine assists in 2007...named Cheyenne’s team player of the year in 2007...also earned all-city honors following his senior season...was an All-Northwest League selection and team player of the year in 2006...tallied 14 goals and 12 assists in 2006...had nine goals and five assists in 2005...10 goals and seven assists as a freshman led Barnes to be named team rookie of the year in 2004...also a member of the Neusport 90’ club team where he was a six-time state champion.

PERSONAL: Barnes plans to major in physical education and kinesiology at CSUB...enjoys watching the English Premiere League, playing the saxophone and watching the Fresh Prince of Bel Air...parents are Frank and Connie Barnes.
