Sarah Warner came back from her redshirt season on fire, riding a blazing start to the best season of her career in 2006...finished the season leading the squad in kills with 267 (3.48 kpg) while setting career highs in every statistical category...reached double figures kills in 15 of 20 matches, collecting 20 or more kills four times...posted her career high of 25 kills against nationally?ranked Chico State... notched the first nine double?doubles of her career in 2006...had two “20?20” games, including 25 kills and 20 digs against Chico State and a 20?kill, 21?dig effort in a win over Sonoma State.

Sarah redshirted in 2005.

2004 ? CSUB
Sarah got her baptism to collegiate volleyball by appearing in 12 matches as a freshman in 2004...posted solid performances in several extended looks, including an 11?kill night at Cal State Stanislaus in which she hit .368...committed just one attack error in her first 23 attempts at CSUB...collected multiple kills in her first 11 Roadrunner appearances.

HIGH SCHOOL
Sarah came down the hill to begin her collegiate career at CSUB after starring for three seasons at Tehachapi High...earned team MVP and first team All?South Sequoia League honors as a senior in 2003...captured the Warriors’ coaches award as a junior...led the Warriors to a 10?0 record and the SSL title as a senior...was named Tehachapi’s outstanding defensive player in 2004...also lettered in basketball and softball at THS.

PERSONAL
Sarah is majoring in psychology with a philosophy minor at CSUB...carries a 3.60 gpa... career goal is to become a child psychologist ...spent four summers working as a youth camp counselor...parents are Gary and Margo.
