Biography
2008: Veronica Ramos was one of eight Roadrunners to see action in all 19 CSUB contests...her 1,258 minutes played was fourth among all freshmen...earned 15 starts in the midfield...her first collegiate points and goal came in the form of a game?winner in the season opener against Idaho (8/22/08) in double overtime...assisted on Alexa Vickroy’s game?winning goal at Utah Valley (10/23/08).
Walnut HS: Ramos was a first team All?San Antonio League selection at Walnut HS...team won three consecutive league championships and was a state semifinalist in 2006 and 2008...named best offensive player and was a first team All?CIF Southern Section Division II...played club soccer for the DBWV Strikers and the So?Cal Blues.
Personal: Ramos will major in physical education and kinesiology at CSUB with the hopes of becoming a physical therapist.
