Laurinburg Prep/Sheldon High School: Following a highly–decorated prep career, Robert Rose will look to provide immediate backcourt help for the Roadrunners as a freshman…played last season at Laurinburg Prep in North Carolina following a three–year career at Sacramento’s Sheldon High School…played with Duke University star Demarcus Nelson at Sheldon…led the Huskies to a pair of postseason appearances including the CIF Sac–Joaquin Section finals…averaged 20.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game as a senior…three–time first team All–Delta League selection and two–time all–city selection…made all–tournament at every prep tournament he played in including the Glascow–Smith–Cline national tournament.

Personal: Rose is majoring in business administration…enters CSUB with a 3.00 grade point average.
