Biography

2023 (SENIOR): Enjoyed another wonderful season as the team's primary left fielder near the top of the lineup...One of just two players to appear in all 52 games, starting 51 of them while pacing the team with 204 at-bats...Hit a season-high 6 RBI, including the team's first grand slam of 2023, in a dismantling of Manhattan Feb. 25...Paced the team with 41 RBI, 14 doubles, and 79 total bases...Totaled 56 hits for a .275 batting average...Enjoyed 18 multi-hit games along with five different triple-hit efforts...Went 3-for-6 with two RBI in a record-resetting 19-11 win over Pepperdine...Hit a duo of doubles in a 2-for-3 effort against Ohio State Mar. 12...Connected for 9 doubles in the month of March, including two separate three-game streaks...Eclipsed 100 hits and 75 RBI in his CSUB career by the end of the season.

2022 (JUNIOR): Was an important player in his first season with CSUB, appearing and starting in 47 total games while recording an impressive .300 batting average, good for second best among regular starters on the team…Took second most walks on team with 24…Also put up 54 hits, 13 doubles, 6 home runs, and 34 RBI, all ranking within the top-5 on the team…Recorded four multi-hit outings, including a 4-for-5 and 4 RBI effort in 8-7 win against CSUN Apr. 30…Also enjoyed 5 RBI game against UC Riverside…In CSUB career records, ranked No. 5 for slugging percentage and No. 9  for on-base percentage…Named to Second-Team All-Big West Conference.

PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Spent one season at the University of Oregon appearing in nine games for the Ducks...First year at Fresno City College in 2020, sat out due to Covid....Spent the 2021 season at Fresno City College, where he was coached by Ron Scott...Hit .430 with five homers, 22 RBI and 30 runs for Fresno City in 2021...First-Team All-Central Valley Conference Selection and All-State Catcher for the Rams. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Clovis North High School in Fresno, Calif...Coached by Jeff Prieto...Played three-seasons of varsity, hitting .412 for his career with seven home runs and 65 RBI...Ranked as the #319 National Recruit and #44 in California by Perfect Game...Cal-Hi Sports First-Team All-State as a senior in 2018...2018 Tri-River Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year in 2018, hitting .374 and reaching base at a .606-clip, with four home runs, six doubles, 22 RBI and 30 runs scored...Cal-Hi Sports Underclass First-Team choice and First-Team TRAC selection in 2017, hitting .370 with a pair of home runs, six doubles and 20 RBI...Also earned Underclass Honorable Mention honors from Perfect Game...Hit .483 with 11 doubles and 23 RBI as a sophomore in 2016, to earn First-Team All-TRAC honors...Played Club baseball for NorCal Baseball and coach Rob Bruno from 2015-18. 

PERSONAL: Uncle played college basketball at UC Riverside and was drafted in the 10th-Round of the 1984 NBA Draft by Golden State...Plans to major in Business.
