Biography

2022-23 (SENIOR): INDOOR: Ended indoor volleyball career in consistent fashion, playing and starting in all 32 matches...Tallied team-leading 464 digs on the year, besting 2021's mark and placing 8th in CSUB's Division I single-season digs list...Finished career with 867 digs in just two seasons at CSUB, placing fourth in CSUB's Division I history for career digs...Had 3.93 digs-per-set, good for sixth in the Big West...Also fifth in Big West and led team with 0.33 service aces-per-set, for a total of 39 on the year...Named Big West Defensive Player of the Week on Oct. 10 after averaging 4.67 digs-per-set in a pair of sweeps against UC Davis and UC Riverside...Posted double-digit digs in all but seven matches, including having five matches of 20+ digs...Had career-high 33 digs on Nov. 10 in win over UC Riverside, helping CSUB set the third best mark for digs in a four-set match in team Division I history...Earned Big West All-Academic honors…BEACH: Played in one competitive match while also competing in eight exhibition matches as the No. 6 pair…Paired exclusively with Alyson Cooper…Went 1-0 as the No. 5 pair with a straight-sets win over Saint Katherine…Posted a 3-5 record as the No. 6 pair…Defeated pairs from UTEP, Cal State LA, and Concordia Irvine in straight sets.

2021-22 (JUNIOR): INDOOR: Appeared in all 29 matches as CSUB’s starting libero…Led the team with 403 digs (3.63 per set) on the season, which ranks eighth by a Roadrunner in CSUB’s Division I history…Posted 20+ digs in three matches and 10+ digs in 23 matches…Ranked second on team with 28 service aces…Named Big West Conference Defensive Player of the Week Nov. 1 after averaging 4.67 digs pet set the week before…Tallied career-highs of 27 digs and eight assists in just four sets at Cal State Fullerton Sept. 24…Recorded six aces vs. UC San Diego Oct. 26, second-most in a match by a `Runner in CSUB’s Division I history…BEACH: Posted a 4-13 record, going 4-5 in the 3s pairing and 0-8 at No. 5…Went 3-9 with Hayley McCluskey and 1-4 with Brooke Boiseau…earned upset victory over No. 14 Pepperdine’s 3s pair.

PRIOR TO CSUB: Competed at Sacramento State for three seasons (2018-20)…played under head coach Ruben Volta…saw action in 42 matches and played in 107 sets…tallied 64 digs and 15 service aces in her time as a Hornet…posted career-high seven digs against Portland on Sept. 14, 2018.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Central Valley Christian High School in Visalia, Calif…played four years of varsity volleyball and soccer for the Cavaliers…in volleyball, she played all four seasons as the team’s libero…was the team’s starting libero during each of her final three years…finished career with 1,315 digs and 157 aces…that breaks down to 4.1 digs and 0.5 aces per set…helped the team to a combined four-year record of 34-2 in the Central Sequoia League…that included three straight league titles (2014-16), as well as a section championship in 2014…was an all-section, all-county, first team all-league and the Central Sequoia League Defensive Player of the Year during her junior and senior seasons…over her final two seasons, she tallied 969 digs and averaged 4.8 digs per set…had a career-high 42 digs vs. Dinuba High School during her senior year…a lifetime California Scholarship Federation member, she finished high school with a 3.9 grade point average.

PERSONAL: Graduated with a bachelor's degree in communications and is starting a master's program for administration…played travel ball with Club Jamba in Bakersfield…father played basketball at Cal State Fullerton …sister played four years of volleyball at Saint Mary's and now plays professionally in Finland.
