Biography

2020 (JUNIOR): Started all 14 games and led team in multiple offensive categories, including on-base percentage (.446), slugging percentage (.528), hits (17), extra-base hits (5), home runs (2), RBI (10), walks (9) and hit by pitches (3)...Was 3-for-5 with a double at Loyola Marymount on Feb. 19...2-for-3 with a homer and two runs scored against San Francisco on Feb. 21...Belted a three-run homer against San Francisco on Feb. 22...Was 2-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI against Holy Cross on Mar. 1...3-for-5 with a triple against Holy Cross on Mar. 3...Signed with the Cincinnati Reds following the 2020 campaign. 

2019 (SOPHOMORE): Started 37 games and played in 48...primary left fielder...hit .236 for the season, but .284 in WAC action...led the team with three triples...hit a walk-off, three-run home run to beat Utah Valley on April 27...had career-high three hits against Utah Valley on April 27...was opening day starter in left field...had career-best three RBI against Utah Valley (4/27) and UTRGV (5/11).

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Attended Salt Lake Community College in West Jordan, Utah...led team with .378 average, .658 slugging percentage and .441 on-base percentage...led Bruins with 24 doubles, five triples, seven home runs and 69 batted in...First Team All-Mountain West Conference.

HIGH SCHOOL: Home School...played in the North Carolina High School Homeschool League.

PERSONAL: Born on July 14, 1997 in Raleigh, N.C...son of Ron and Javita Henderson...an Eagle Scout...Kinesiology major.
