Biography
2012-13 (JUNIOR): Named NAIA honorable mention All-American for Southern Oregon University...scored 597 points to rank 10th in the NAIA (the fourth highest point total in SOU history)...selected first-team all-conference honors...received conference Player of the Week honors four times more than any other conference women’s basketball player...led team in scoring (18.7), blocks (29) and minutes (28.5)...second on squad in steals (57)...third on team in rebounds (157) and shooting percentage (.509).
2011-12 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 27 games and made seven starts for San Diego State...averaged 3.6 points, 1.5 rebounds and 11.9 minutes per game while scoring a career-high 14 points on two occasions.
2010-11 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in all 29 games for San Diego State...scored 114 points and had 43 rebounds...the 2010 Mountain West Conference preseason freshman of the year...became the first Aztec freshman in three years to start an opener.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2010 graduate of Bakersfield’s Stockdale High School...coaches were Glenn Hager and Charles Stewart...led Stockdale to four-straight CIF section title game appearances...named All-State as a senior...chosen Bakersfield Californian Girls Basketball Player of the Year as a junior and as a senior...led the Mustangs to the 2009 CIF Central Section Division I title by scoring 24 points and pulling down 12 rebounds in the win over top-seeded Clovis West High School...as a sophomore, led the city of Bakersfield with 17.1 points per game...was the 70th-best overall recruit coming out of high school in 2010 and the 20th-best guard according to ESPN HoopGurlz.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 30, 1991...daughter of Michael Johnson and Angela Robinson...a liberal studies major...her father, Michael, was a basketball All-American at Alaska-Anchorage, helping the Seawolves to the NCAA Division II national championship game in 1987-88, and an upset of No. 2 Michigan at the Utah Classic in 1988.
