San Jose State: Breana Fields last played for San Jose State during the 2007–08 season...played three seasons for the Spartans, making eight starts in 29 total appearances...started one contests while appearing in four during the 2007–08 season...redshirted the 2006–07 season after playing in just three contests...averaged 3.5 points as a freshman...voted Most Coachable and had the team’s best free throw percentage as a freshman...graduated SJSU in 2009 with a degree in health science.
Luther Burbank HS: Fields was an All–Capital Athletic League, all–metro and all–city selection in 2004 and 2005 at Luther Burbank High School...averaged 20 points and six rebounds as a senior...lettered all four seasons in basketball and one year in softball.
Personal: Fields is pursuing her master’s degree in public administration at CSUB...hopes to play overseas or coach/mentor youth...would also like to pursue a career as a health care administrator...parents are Janice Keller and Rollend Fields.
