BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – With the 2026 fall season approaching, the Cal State Bakersfield Athletics Department is preparing to provide Roadrunner fans with extensive live coverage from the Main Soccer Field and Icardo Center. CSUB will produce and stream 26 men's soccer, women's soccer and volleyball home contests live on ESPN+, accounting for more than 96 percent of the three programs' 27 regular-season home dates.
This year's slate features every men's soccer and volleyball home match, along with seven of women's soccer's eight home contests. In total, ESPN+ will carry eight men's soccer matches, seven women's soccer matches and 11 volleyball matches from Bakersfield.
Cal State Bakersfield has produced ESPN broadcasts for more than a decade, including as part of The Big West's long-standing relationship with the network. Fans unable to attend home contests will once again be able to follow the `Runners live, with CSUB Director of Creative Services Kyle LePere overseeing Roadrunner broadcast operations.
Roadrunner broadcasts have showcased countless exciting moments over the years, including multiple plays featured on SportsCenter. That tradition will continue this fall with 26 opportunities for fans across the country to watch the `Runners compete at home.

CSUB's first fall broadcast will take place Thursday, Aug. 20, when men's soccer welcomes Utah Tech to the Main Soccer Field for its 2026 home opener.
