`Runners Manage Loads in Non-Conference Road Loss

LA JOLLA, Calif. – The Cal State Bakersfield men's soccer team saw its seven-match unbeaten streak end Saturday in a 4-2 loss to UC San Diego at Triton Soccer Stadium. In the non-conference clash, Head Coach Adam Grant opted to manage the loads of his starters, including the team's starting goalkeeper, as the Roadrunners keep their eyes on a Big West title.

Arras converted Wangusi's assist at 75:19 to make it 2-2, but Namdar scored 44 seconds later and added an insurance goal with four minutes remaining.
