FRESNO, Calif. - The Roadrunners earned their first road win of the season with tonight's victory over Valley rival, Fresno State. Dailin Smith powered the Roadrunners with another 30-point performance, tying his career high.

Bakersfield trailed closing out the first half, down six points, CSUB slowly but surely closed the gap in the second half as Fresno State extended their lead to as much as 11 points. CSUB nabbed their first lead in the second half with just 3:52 left in the game following a CJ Hardy steal and fast break dunk, this was Bakersfield's first lead since 17:41 in the first half.

Dailin Smith took over the second half scoring 23 of his 30 total points to help propel the Roadrunners. The Roadrunners have now won back-to-back meetings with the Bulldogs, the first time since 1977.
