BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Bakersfield native and Roadrunner Alum, Justin McCall, has earned All-Bulgarian First Team for his efforts this past season. The former Roadrunner has made his presence felt overseas in just his second season of pro ball.

McCall showcased his talents this year in Bulgaria playing in 28 games on the year and averaging 30.6 minutes. Over the course of the 28 games, he averaged a total of 14.3 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per contest with Akademik Plovdiv. McCall's highest scoring game came on January 17th, where he scored 25 points on 9-14 shooting, while recording seven rebounds, and two steals in the 86-80 victory over Beroe. In McCall's first year with Akademik Plovdiv, he ranked second on the team in scoring but led the team in rebounds minutes played in the 2023-24 season.
