Pac-12 Winter Honor Roll Release

SAN FRANCISCO – Four Roadrunner wrestlers were named to the Pac-12 Conference's 2023 Winter Academic Honor Roll on Wednesday morning. Cal State Bakersfield enjoyed seeing Augustine Garcia, Romeo McNeal, Mateo Morales, and Johnathon Viveros listed among some of the conference's top academic performers.

Any student-athlete on their respective team roster with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.3-or-above, and who has served at least one year in residence at the institution, is eligible for the distinction.

CSUB enjoyed a total of four `Runner honorees in 2023, the highest total for the program since 2017. Viveros, Morales, McNeal, and Garcia all earned Honor Roll status for the first time.
