Fan Cutout Initiative Announced for Hardt Field

Roadrunner Baseball Fans Virtual Attendance Program to Support CSUB Athletics, Create Unique Atmosphere for Hardt Field During Inaugural Big West Season

Bakersfield, Calif. – The CSU Bakersfield Athletic Department has announced a new Roadrunner Fan Cutout initiative to take place at Hardt Field this Spring. The initiative gives CSUB's most dedicated followers the chance to create a unique atmosphere at upcoming baseball games, as the team embarks on its first season as a member of the Big West Conference.

Cutouts are available to CSUB students and faculty for $79 and can be purchased by the general public for $99. Proceeds from the Roadrunner Fan Cutout campaign will help support the more than 300 `Runner student-athletes who proudly represent our department, our university and the Bakersfield community.

Upon purchase, cutouts will be placed in the Hardt Field grandstand for all remaining `Runner home games and can be seen live on game day broadcasts throughout the 2021 season. CSUB Baseball home games will air on ESPN3 and the ESPN app.

Select cutouts will also be chosen randomly for Fan of the Game promotions during each broadcast and fans will have the option of claiming their cutout after the season.
